We loved the hotel's cleanliness, with daily room cleaning and well-maintained facilities. The convenient location near the beach and just steps away from the high street made it easy to explore the area. we appreciated the proximity to trams, made getting around this city easy. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, providing great assistance with trip planning and creating a cute atmosphere. The free breakfast provided every day was a helpful and enjoyable bonus.

The location of this hostel is fantastic - just a stone's throw away from the beach and right off Acland street. It's also close to cafes and restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. The girls' dormitory offers extra perks like free towels and shampoo/conditioner, as well as a secure access controlled lift and corridor. The ensuite bathroom even had a hair dryer, which was better than some hotels.
Some roommates were untidy, causing confusion with bed assignments and check-out status.

We had a fantastic time staying at this place. The location was just perfect - it was in a great place with boutique shops, great restaurants, and coffee shops just around the corner. Plus, the tram stop was really close, making it easy to travel into the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to air conditioning. We also loved the shared kitchen and laundry facilities, which were always clean and in perfect working order.
The staff could have been a bit more attentive at the reception desk, as they only gave us the bare minimum customer service. However, overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

They were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome right from the start. The process was smooth and we didn't have to wait for long, unlike some of the other experiences mentioned in the database. It was a relief to have a competent staff member handling our check-in.
